Ready check is a great column. So is their healer column, Spiritual Guidance.

I had a big post here linking to Spiritual Guidance's discussion on healing rotations and assignments in Ulduar, and my impressions (having been a heal lead many times over the last few years, for guilds on AD and TB >.>) and it was deleted >.>
